I’m 5’4” and I’ve had 3 children!
The before-before picture is the last pregnancy picture I have with my youngest child, taken in January of 2013 (he was born January 19th). With that pregnancy I’d gotten close to 170lbs which is the heaviest I’ve ever been. After delivery I was about 160. The middle picture is right after I started the 30 Day Shred, weighing 143. The final picture is a week after, hitting 139. I didn’t start REALLY working towards my weight loss goals until a couple weeks ago.
I started the 30 Day Shred and I’ve finally broken into the 130’s (139 to be exact, lol!) My goal is a healthy 120 :)
I wanted to post this for all those momma’s out there that think it’s a lost hope to lose weight after you have a baby. Love yourself and make time for yourself!
